At Mepivo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have made our return process as simple as possible to help resolve any issues. Items can be returned as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products or intimate items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This step is required for us to process your return correctly. Any packages sent without an RA number may not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. The refunded amount may be adjusted to account for restocking fees, return shipping costs, or applicable taxes.

If you do not receive your refund after a reasonable amount of time, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Sale or discounted items are generally eligible for return, but any refund issued will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to start the exchange process. Availability of replacement items may vary, and any price differences or additional shipping fees will be your responsibility.

To return an item, please contact our support team to request a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions. Items should be carefully packaged in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation, with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to the address provided by our team.

Please be aware that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which covers inspection and processing costs. The exact amount of any restocking fee will be communicated to you before processing the return. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged item being received, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. These costs may be deducted from your refund.
